Andrea is a graduate of the University of Missouri, St. Louis, with a Bachelor Degree in Administration of Criminal Justice. Her Law Enforcement career began in 1975 with the St. Louis County Police Department; the third largest Department in the State of Missouri. Her first duty assignment was in the Division of Patrol where she was assigned regular patrol duties with an emphasis on neighborhood policing.
After a few years on the street Andrea was assigned to the Bureau of Personnel and Training as a Detective. She conducted conducting background investigations of police and civilian applicants along with recruiting to comply with a Consent Decree from the Federal Government to increase minority and female employees.
As a Detective she was a founding member of the newly formed Family Crime Unit investigating child physical/sexual abuse and child neglect.
She then became an instructor at the Greater St. Louis Police Academy as an Instructor. She was Certified as a Firearms instructor, Driver Training, Defensive Tactics, and Report Writing.
She was then temporarily assigned to the Tactical Operations as an officer assigned to high crime areas in St. Louis County.
In 1993 Andrea was promoted to Sergeant and assigned to the First Precinct as a Patrol Supervisor, where she was responsible for platoon productivity, scheduling and discipline.
Andrea was then assigned to the St. Louis County and Municipal Police Academy as a Sergeant over the Continuing Education Program. She handled scheduling of approximately 250 training programs a year to meet the requirements of the Police Officer Standards and Training (POST) requirements for the State of Missouri. In 1999 she was promoted to Lieutenant Commander, where she became responsible for the Bureau of Records. This assignment was to ensure the proper storage and distribution of police reports, traffic citations, registration of sex offenders and the transfer of ownership for firearms.
In 2003 Andrea graduated attended the FBI's National Academy, Class # 212, where she 175 other law enforcement managers from around the world.
She was subsequently assigned assigned as the Lieutenant Commander to the Bureau of Communications, where she managed a communications staff of 125 telecommunicators and for purchase and maintenance of radio equipment and off-site facilities.
In 2008 Andrea retired after 33 years of service.
Keith was born and raised in the Colorado Rock Mountains at an elevation of 9,000.00 feet. He began my law enforcement career in a suburb of Colorado Springs at the age of 21 when he was sworn in August of 1996. During his 14-year tenure in the Woodland Park, CO Police Department he worked in patrol, general and major crimes investigations with a specialization in traffic accident reconstruction and held the ranks of Corporal and Sergeant in both divisions.
Keith spent 18 months in Metro Vice and Narcotics unit working undercover narcotics investigations specializing in clandestine methamphetamine labs. He then moved from vice to the 4th Judicial District Attorney's Office Homicide Task Force for 12 months also assisting as a member of the United States Customs property and financial crimes task force based out of Denver, CO for 24 months.
Keith completed my time at the agency as a sergeant of the tactical team.
In June 2010 Keith laterally transferring to the Pflugerville Texas Police Department, where he remained until January 2019 when he retired. During Keith's tenure at Pflugerville PD, he obtained several instructor certifications specializing in defensive tactics, active shooter response training and Incident Command. He traveled to several states teaching law enforcement, firefighters, EMS, teachers and civilians in response to active shooter through the A.L.E.R.R.T system. At Pflugerville PD Keith held the ranks of patrol Sr officer, Corporal, Sergeant, Lieutenant, Commander and tactical team leader.
During his time as a Lieutenant, Keith spent time supervising patrol operations, as well as Criminal Investigations (C.I.D) and narcotics. When he was appointed commander he oversaw the Operations Bureau which consisted of C.I.D, K9, narcotics, traffic unit, Crime Scene Unit, chaplain program and the tactical team.
After retiring from the police department, Keith continue to work in the private sector as licensed private investigator and plain clothes, armed, private protection officer.
When not working Keith spends his time with my wife of 25 years and his two daughters, both of whom attend Texas A&M University.
